The Emergency Home and Accessibility Repair Program (EHARP) provides means to remove emergency health and safety hazards by providing physical repairs that improve housing conditions. It also addresses physical accessibility barriers for low-income residents.
What Types of Repairs Are Eligible?
Eligible repairs might include plumbing, structural, electrical, roofing, as well as installation of wheelchair ramps and other accessibility modifications.
